At HC Group we fulfill all the wishes and activities of our e-commerce (web shops and retailers) customers. From receiving a load of goods to handling returns. HC Group takes care of the entire logistics process and part of the service (fulfilment). Due to our optimal location for processing webshop orders that are sent throughout Europe, we always think along with our customers to achieve growth. Day in day out, we are therefore ready for our customers so that we can guarantee the promise of HC Group: e-commerce made simple! What will you do as a Customer Service employee?

As a customer service employee you are responsible for handling all incoming questions and complaints from our customers. This means that you are responsible for a quick and correct completion of the incoming questions. With your commercial approach and empathy you are able to help customers and in this way work together with the customers on both their and our success. You also report the necessary and agreed matters to the Office Manager of HC Group. But the most important thing is that as a customer service employee, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. This is your core business!

The duties and responsibilities of the customer service representative include:

  • Ensuring correct communication towards customers, both by telephone and e-mail;
  • Providing information and answering customer questions;
  • Resolving common questions and problems related to shipments, returns, payments;
  • Correct registration and administration of call tickets, documentation, mail;
  • Analyzing questions and complaints, coordinating with the Operations department and putting forward proposals for improvement;
  • Checking payment and delivery details.

Who are you?

  • As an MBO student you have 2 to 4 years of work experience or are a starting HBO student;
  • You are accurate, enterprising and have an affinity with the world of e-commerce;
  • As a discussion partner, you are professional, customer-oriented and work in an organized manner;
  • Able to work well both independently and in a team;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Dutch;
  • You live a maximum of 25 km from Weert.
