Who is HC Group?

HC GROUP is a fast-growing E-commerce service provider that specializes in taking care of web orders. Our clients are large web shops for whom we are ready every day to collect, pack and ship all orders of the same day.

What will you do?

As Customer Support employee key accounts you are the spider in the web. You are the permanent contact person for your assigned customers and manage our sales channels. You ensure that everything runs like clockwork. And if something does go wrong, you have a listening ear and always look for the solution. In short, you are the relationship manager who puts a smile on the faces of your customers and colleagues every day. Of course you have the support of your colleagues with whom you work in the Customer Support Team. Besides internal and external contacts, you also have an eye for detail and look for opportunities to improve processes. Furthermore, you give our visitors a warm welcome, you support the facility tasks and you think along to improve our services.

Who are you?

• You have MBO working and thinking level with at least 3 years relevant work experience in a commercial or logistics environment or are a starting HBO student
• You are a real team player, but can also work independently
• You can handle various communication channels
• You are handy with various software packages
• You think in terms of challenges and solutions

• A good and fair salary of € 2.513,00 to € 3.377,00 gross per month depending on your experience
